In order to ensure timely delivery of your order, our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. 


Successfully paid orders received by 12pm EST are processed and then shipped within 2 business days. Express shipment orders are processed same-day if ordered before 6pm EST and shipped the next day.

Any delays in processing payment, including a denied card authorization will result in a delay in processing your order for shipment. 


Pre-orders are processed and shipped within 6 - 8 weeks from your order date. By pre-ordering you are securing your art piece from selling out.

We cannot change a shipment destination after you’ve received a shipping notification. If you need to change the address before you’ve received a shipping notification, please email

The estimated delivery date of your product is calculated by combining the production time and delivery method.

We offer FREE 4-6 business day ground shipping within the domestic United States for all orders. If you're extra eager for your Cecilia's House order, we have Expedited 2-day Shipping. If you select Expedited 2-day Shipping for your order, this will not shorten the processing time.

Please note that we only ship and deliver expedited options on weekdays and our cutoff for same-day shipping is 12 pm (EST).


Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Our warehouse is closed during the below holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days:

All international sales are final. Returns will not be accepted on international orders.

We are continuously working to offer you low shipping rates. Our standard international shipping provided to you at checkout may include additional duties and taxes that will be due to the carrier before or at time of delivery. This is dependent upon your country's customs process.


Hawaii and Alaska are exempt from free shipping promotions. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS (Priority) shipping.


Shipping to PO boxes is available for a custom fee. Shipping to PO boxes is only available via USPS and we will always do our best to get you the lowest shipping rates possible. Please contact us with your information to get a custom shipping quote. The USPS delivers packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a P.O. Box. Larger items must be shipped to a street address. 


At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship items to more than one address, create a separate order for each shipping address. 


In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, backorder, or has a long production time, we may hold the rest of your items. As soon as we have all the products in your order, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.

Average transit times are based on orders shipping to addresses in the Continental United States.


If your order is damaged in transit, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact us immediately. We will ship a new package to you at no charge and have the courier company pick-up the damaged order. If the package is lost during transit, we will ship a new product to you immediately.


All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you.
